Nicole was born and raised in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. She has degrees in Education, English, and a certification in Outdoor Learning. When she is not reading, writing, or teaching her kindergarten students how to read and write, she is learning to sword fight, dance, or exploring as much of the world as she can (especially Ireland).
